It's as simple as opening the locket in the center and placing one or two generous drops of your favorite essential oil onto a supplied pom pom, and placing it inside the locket. 

Aromatherapy oils will diffuse strongly, and when you need to top up, just open the locket and reapply.

Care Instructions:

When not in use, it's best to remove the pom pom to preserve the life of your locket, and store in an airtight plastic bag.
